1. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.
2. Cookie files are information data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and are intended for using the Website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
3. The entity placing and accessing cookies on the Website User’s end device is the Website operator – Kompania Piwowarska S.A. with its headquarters on ul. Szwajcarska 11 in Poznań.
4. Cookie files are used to:
   1. adapt the content of the Website pages to the User’s preferences and optimise the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the Website User’s device and display the appropriate website, adapted to his individual needs;
   2. create statistics that help understand how Website Users use websites, which allows for improving their structure and content;
   3. maintain the Website User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website based on a legitimate interest, in accordance with Art. 6 clause 1 letter f of GDPR.

Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookie files are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie files parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

2. cookie files used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the scope of authentication on the Website;

4. ‘functionality’ cookie files, enabling the ‘remembering’ of settings chosen by the User and personalizing the User’s interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region of the User, font size, website appearance, etc.;
5. ‘advertising’ cookie files, which enable providing Users with advertising content more adapted to their interests.
6. In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) by default allows cookie files to be stored on the User’s end device. Website Users can change cookie files settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way so as to block the automatic handling of cookie files in the web browser settings, or to inform about them every time they are placed on the Website User’s device. 7. The Website operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookie files may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.
8. Cookie files placed on the Website User’s end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Website operator.
